Returns

At Lovely Dobby, we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a return within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and product photos.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:
• The product is damaged or defective
• The wrong product was delivered
• The request is made within 48 hours of delivery

Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
• Used products
• Products damaged by the customer
• Requests made after the allowed return period

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Replacement

If a product is damaged or defective, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
